I'm a complete computer 'imbecile', but Stephen has been looking after me & my computer for the last six years.

Sometimes he's had to take it to 'hospital', but usually he sorts out my problems in minutes.

Not only is he great value for money, but he is knowledgeable and, for people like me, uses non-technical terms to explain what he is doing.

As long as he gets a cuppa (tea/coffee black with one sugar) he always sorts out any problems quickly, efficiently and with a smile.

If he says he'll be there at a certain time he never disappoints.
